What is AvePray?

The AvePray Story

So many times in our lives, we need to ask for God’s help for ourselves or for others, but often we utterly fail to find the right words. Our joy, sorrow or worry can be so extreme that we struggle to pray to God to ask for His help.

Our prayers are not meant as a replacement for your traditional prayers and devotions. We offer our prayers as a way for you to express your desire through new words and ways of looking at your request to God. Through prayers written by our expert and faith-filled writers, reading the Word of God and offering your thanksgiving and petitions, we hope that you will find peace and answers to your prayers.

Founded by Catholics for Catholics

AvePray was created by a Catholic husband and wife from Ireland. They both saw a need for more Catholic prayers for very specific needs and life events.

When people are in need or know somebody in need of prayer, we wanted to be able to provide a prayer written in the Catholic tradition that has been written especially for that specific need.

We all know people who ask for our prayers, and we all have hopes and dreams for ourselves…

The AvePray Team

AvePray has a large team of dedicated and experienced writers. The team is constantly growing and changing. Each writer is matched up with prayers that they feel a call or desire to write. We are always looking for Priests or those in Religious Orders who have an interest in writing prayers or praying over the content that AvePray creates.
