My Lord and God, You are our healer and strength. As I fight this battle against breast cancer, I implore Your healing power to embrace me. You alone can bring healing to me. Guide my doctors as they do their best to cure me of this sickness. Bless my loved ones as they stay by my side in this battle. I offer my sufferings to You. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
Eternal Lord, I ask for Your guidance throughout my journey as a nursing student. I know that the career I chose won’t always be rainbows and sweet success, so help me endure the hard days–the days when I am on the verge of breaking down and giving up. I pray that in the long run, all my experiences, both good and bad, will build me into a hero for those who need my help and care the most. Amen.
Divine Creator, guide me and equip me with wisdom, courage, and strength as I care for someone who needs my help. Grant me the wisdom I need to make decisions that will contribute to their safety and well-being. Make me strong and give me courage as I carry this overwhelming but noble responsibility.
