As Christians, we consider the gift of medicine and the capacity to utilize it to lessen suffering and promote healing to be from God. Through surgery, the human intelligence and inventiveness that God has given to us are demonstrated.

As we implore for a loved one’s safe surgery, prayer and support can be offered for them. Lord God, our Father and Healer, I praise and thank You for the gift of life and healing. Furthermore, I thank You for the blessings of human ingenuity and technological advancements. Through these, medical procedures have progressed, making our health and life more comfortable.
