Lord God Almighty, You created everything and were pleased, for it is good. I praise and thank You for creating me out of Your overflowing love and greatness. Thank You, God, for this life.

Lord, You know what is in the deepest corners of my heart. I am suffering from this skin disease. However, despite my illness and pain, I come to You today with a humble and grateful heart. Thank You for giving me the gift of life and the strength and peace to face every day with courage and drive despite my skin condition.

Lord, I am aware that You are with me despite my condition. You do not mind how I look. What is in my heart is what really matters to You. You are a merciful and caring God who hears our petitions and understands our difficulties. Therefore, I humbly ask that You give me the perseverance, grit, and faith to believe in Your plan for my life, even though it may be challenging to comprehend.

Thank You, dear God, for the support and love I receive from my family and friends. They are always there for me when I need them. Thank You for they give me consolation and inspiration. I am very thankful for all the medical personnel attending to my needs and using their expertise to hasten my recovery and healing. Thank You for all the medicines and procedures developed to help me heal from this skin condition.

Lord, I will never get tired of thanking You for all the gifts and blessings You have given me despite this condition. Thank You for the little pleasures and grace-filled moments that constantly remind me of Your love and care in my life. May I grow even more in trust in Your unwavering mercy and compassion. May I always face each day with gratitude, courage, and strength.

God, I also pray for all people who have skin issues everywhere. I pray for them to be blessed with restoration and healing and access to high-quality medical treatment and procedures to treat their condition. Bless them, Lord, as You have blessed me abundantly.

We ask all these through Your Son and our Savior, Jesus Christ, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, forever and ever. Amen.

Saint Bartholomew, privileged Apostle of Christ, you are invoked by people suffering from diseases of the skin. Full of trust and confidence in your unfailing intercession, I come to you now in prayer. With you before the throne of God, I know that no prayer will go unanswered.

You understand the suffering I am enduring now. I humbly implore your divine intercession with God that I may face this challenge with unwavering faith in God. Remind me always that this sorrow is nothing compared to the love and mercy of God. May I always unite my suffering to the passion of Christ the Lord.
